Sunday Riley CEO Brightening Serum Formulation change?

Hi,

Does anyone know when the CEO had a slight formulation change?  I was given it as a gift recently (not purchased from Sephora)  and noticed immediately that it was different from the Sephora sample I fell in love with that I received in July of this year.  I assume I was given an older formulation that still contained tangerine peel oil on the ingredients list and had slightly different other ingredients on the box. I unfortunately had an allergic reaction to this older formulation and can't use it now. I did not have the allergic reaction to my July sample which I attribute to the tangerine peel oil.  Any thoughts?
