Redness on cheeks, nose, and chin

Hi all - I suffered with acne in my teens, but now I'm 29. I am still battling with some scarring but my main concern is the constant redness I have on my cheeks, nose, and chin. I feel like I have tried everything, and I can't leave the house without foundation on 😞 I am currently using a rose water toner and Cerave cleanser. Any help, advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Omg same! For the last few year I thought it was my eczema acting up or another type of dermatitis. But now I think it’s rosacea. It almost looks splotchy or patchy sometimes. I would strongly recommend going to see a dermatologist first. I haven’t tried it but the ren anti redness serum looks promising, and either of the caudalie sorbet moisturizers are soothing and calming on redness.
