Recommend moisturizers for sensitive skin in the winter ?

Can someone recommend some moisturizer or some gentle products for me to reduce the redness? The redness always appears on both my cheeks when I go outside.

Tatcha "the water cream" is maybe the best moisturizer I've used. It is good for sensitive skin because it is very gentle and it feels very calming on the skin. It left my skin very plump and moisterized.

I personally love the Dr. Jart Tiger Grass products. The color corrector really helps redness on my cheeks, and the cream is super soothing, as well. The cream smells like Chinese medicine, but I find it effective.
