Play box repeats

I have been a PLAY BOX subscriber for less than 1 year. At first I was excited and thrilled with the samples and even went to the store to buy the larger size! Not so much any more! The last 3 months have had so many REPEAT products I am seriously considering canceling any future deliveries. Someone needs to assure me this is a problem that doesn't happen all the time! Convince me I should stay!!

Who do I contact to tell them I need variety??
