Yes, any person can use that cleanser (same goes for really any other skincare/makeup item).

 

Instead of asking about whether a moisturizer is suitable for a specific gender, I'd recommend asking this: "does anyone know if the Philosophy Purity Made Simple Ultra-Light Moisturizer is suitable for my skin type?" And if you post what your skin type is, fellow community members and/or mods would be able to give you an answer.
