My sister has very sensitive skin. So sensitive that she can't use certain lotions or almost anything on her face or she'll get a big rash in seconds. Is there any recommendations on any foundation or primer that she can use

I have extremely sensitive skin prone to irritations and allergic reactions from random products. Too faced born this way is amazing for my skin and Josie Marans vibrancy foundation is great too! I would get a sample of a foundation she wants to try just to be sure. I've had to return a few primers and foundations because my skin gets angry.
