ItCosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Cream

So I started using this eye cream about a week ago but I have had to stop using it yesterday due to the fact it's making my eyelids & under eye area raw to where it gets little rashes and hives. My question is, has this happened to anyone else? If so, were you able to pin point the ingredient causing this? I've never had an allergic reaction like this so I have no idea what it could be.. Any suggestions will help!
