I recently purchased authentic African black soap and Shea butter and it broke me out. It left me with dark marks on my face and was wondering what’s the best product to with dark spots?

Acids like vitamin C are best for dark spots and brightening the skin. However, since you have sensitive skin (I'm assuming) look for gentler acids like lactic acid (think Sunday Riley Good Genes) or malic acid (from apples, Juice Beauty has a line using it I think) or PHAs (polyhydroxy acids)

PHAs are the gentlest out of three and out I'd recommend the most. From what I remember COSRX has a moisturizer with PHAs as the main ingredient (COSRX is at ULTA, Urban Outfitters and online on Sokoglam).
