Foundation for Itchy Skin

The main reason I don’t wear makeup is because all the foundations and tinted moisturizers I use end up making my skin really itchy and irritated and sometimes I even break out. I’ve tried a hand full of brands and used both liquid and power. Does anyone have any suggestions? Perhaps it’s less about foundation and more about primer?

@theinternetbed  If you can see a dermatologist, I’d start there. If you’re already seeing one, tell your derm about this issue and give them a list of the foundations and tinted moisturizers you’ve tried. Your skin might be sensitive to an ingredient commonly found in foundations/skin tints, and a derm might recommend other coverage options or treatment.

Go to Sephora and ask for some samples you can try out before buying. 

Try to get things without fragrance or fruit extracts, a lot of people are sensitive to those.
