Eczema

I have the worst eczema on my finger. Its only one one finger which is weird but I get constant flare ups from doing absolutely nothing. For example, I was writing notes with a pencil and out of nowhere it started flair up becoming red and itchy. How is the Skinfix Eczema+ Care Kit and Skinfix Eczema+ Hand Repair Cream 3 oz/ 89 mL ? Any other product recommendations? I've seen a derm and he said to avoid triggering factors such as heat which flare up my skin which I have done, it's gotten better but my hands are constantly dry since I type all day due to school and need something. Currently I use the ceraVE moisturizer on my hands but it does not help. Also any product recos for extremely dry sensitive to fragrance lip balms?
