Blotchy skin help

Hi everyone! new to the group as we just moved to Seattle and ever since my skin has gotten so sensitive and blotchy. I’m looking for recommendations on cleaners, moisturizers, serums, and any other go tos that you use for your sensitive skin to calm the redness. TIA!!
