Depends really. You either need to spend $350 within a year or if you've done that already just on different accounts, call the customer service line and tell them you need to merge your accounts. I tried to do it in January and it was a no dice situation, my points didn't transfer. I called back this month and got everything worked out. (it clearly wasn't my main concern).
