Unsuccessful Authorization??

I made 2 orders recently, on the same day actually, and one of my orders status says “unsuccessful authorization” and I don’t understand why? The billing address matched my shipping address and I know my card approved of the transaction. I’m not fully sure what happened. Will I get my money back for the order and will I have to reorder what I wanted?

I recommend calling Customer Service for assistance with this immediately.  You can also try posting in the Customer Service group where a moderator will assist you when they can.
