Unsuccessful Authorization

I’ve been trying to pace the same order for a week now. I’ve tried 2 credit cards and Paypal without success. I have a US postal address that gets forwarded to me in Aus. I’ve never had an issue using this before, only on your website.

I’ve sent 2 emails to customer service with no response.

Is it possible to resolve this? The items I’m trying to pitch are not available in Australia, so I don’t really have another choice.

Have you tried posting your concern in the customer service thread or calling the customer service number? If not, I would start there.
