Ulta Nail GWP Switcheroo - Disappointed

SO frustrated! Ulta changed the buy in to $60 after sending out the email this morning saying it was $40. I spent 45 min on chat with customer service vand then 20 min on the phone with customer service, and neither will honor the $40 email. Super disappointed with how Ulta is handling this.

Ulta is the pits when it comes to classifying their items, unfortunately; many mani/pedi tools don't work for the gwp, even though you would think they should.

It does work at $40 though, as long as all of your items actually qualify.

ETA: the similar device by Amope *does* work, and at only $27.99, it allows you to get some polish or other items in your $40 if you are interested!
