Ulta points refresher (because yes, it is that complicated):

Please add product id numbers and sku numbers so people can find items on ulta.  

Just to clarify, there is an item number that Ulta lists on the website, right under the picture of the item.

The product id is the number given to the item in the URL.  So Ulta's site follows this formula of having the url and then the very last part of the url is "productId=xlsImpprod" followed by an 8 digit number.  If you use that "productId" number you can get to the page of any item on ulta. 

It's not a search, but the direct url to the page. 

Click on any product, and then view the url in the address bar.  It will look like this: ulta's website (not using the actual domain because BT admins don't like that) /prep-prime-fix?productId=xlsImpprod15921204  Replace the 8 digit product id of the item you want to see with the id of the product you're looking for.

My very unofficial Ulta point multiplier to approximate percent discount chart:

(This is a number where I use the multiplier to divide by 2000 to see how many dollars I would have to spend in order to redeem a $125 reward.  E.g. 2000 points divided by 1 point multiplier means I have to spend $2000 to get the $125 reward.  Adding how much I had to spend ($2000) + the reward ($125), and then using the reward ($125) to divide the total purchase ($2125), I get a discount of approximately 6% based on the total purchase.  Note: the total purchase is based on the concept that you are spending just enough to reach the next $125 reward and combines the reward value with how much money you had to spend to get that reward.

Update to original post! When I got the affiliate email about three bags for this event, I Googled for the links, because the individual bags were not attached to the email as the event and some other links were. I originally found 1 and 3. No one had posted them at that point (or else I would have seen them in my Google search). The next day I found bag 2. I never found 4, because I never went looking for it. Someone who got the affiliate email or saw the offers on an affiliate post likely did some more digging and found the fourth bag. Now that the event is live and I see three bags already up, I am assuming the 3 bags I found and the 1 bag one of you sleuths found is for an upcoming promotion, not this one. Hold onto those links as those bags are likely coming. I just don't know when. Maybe mystery bags 1-4 will pop up Cyber Weekend. It is also possible that there are more than 4, but I will wait for an official email before I do any more digging. I do not get affiliate emails that far in advance so it is too soon to say. I knew something was off when my email clearly said three bags and I just logged in to see someone here found 4. Anyway, tag me again if you need me to come back. I am updating this myself, so I am not going to read everything else right now.

The ladies here do much more work than I do. I used to hunt the deals. Now, I get most of them in advance from emails. Cindy and RGBrown are always two steps ahead of me. Meanwhile, I am over here just trying to hold it together. My Uncle (who moved in to help my Dad raise me after my Mom left when I was 7) passed away two weeks ago. This is the busiest deal time of the year, so I am trying to stay busy to keep my mind off of it. It's a struggle though. I hope all of you ladies are well. Sorry for my lack of social awareness this year. Depression is hard. Anyway, Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.

Intersting; in my cart, I just see the surprise #4 pic, not the It Cosmetics set. In any case, the IT pic is an old GWP, and while it could be the mystery gift, I kinda doubt it will be. In my humble opinion, it's more likely a tech error/glitch, and not a preview of the gift itself. I doubt the tech team has any inkling as to what the mystery gifts will have, since they're usually quite fluid and different from each other, even within the same bag number.
