Please add product id numbers and sku numbers so people can find items on ulta.
Just to clarify, there is an item number that Ulta lists on the website, right under the picture of the item.
The product id is the number given to the item in the URL. So Ulta's site follows this formula of having the url and then the very last part of the url is "productId=xlsImpprod" followed by an 8 digit number. If you use that "productId" number you can get to the page of any item on ulta.
It's not a search, but the direct url to the page.
Click on any product, and then view the url in the address bar. It will look like this: ulta's website (not using the actual domain because BT admins don't like that) /prep-prime-fix?productId=xlsImpprod15921204 Replace the 8 digit product id of the item you want to see with the id of the product you're looking for.
My very unofficial Ulta point multiplier to approximate percent discount chart:
(This is a number where I use the multiplier to divide by 2000 to see how many dollars I would have to spend in order to redeem a $125 reward. E.g. 2000 points divided by 1 point multiplier means I have to spend $2000 to get the $125 reward. Adding how much I had to spend ($2000) + the reward ($125), and then using the reward ($125) to divide the total purchase ($2125), I get a discount of approximately 6% based on the total purchase. Note: the total purchase is based on the concept that you are spending just enough to reach the next $125 reward and combines the reward value with how much money you had to spend to get that reward.

Ulta Beauty CEO Mary Dillon, who led the retailer through a period of massive growth that more than doubled its network of stores and saw it crack the Fortune 500, is stepping down in June.
Dave Kimbell, now president, will take over as CEO as Ulta works to recover from the impact of the coronavirus pandemic, the Bolingbrook-based company said Thursday.
The announcement came on the same day that Ulta reported financial results that included sales online and at stores open at least 14 months falling nearly 18% during the year ending Jan. 30. The decline shrank to 4.8% during the final three months of that year.
Dillon, 59, joined Ulta in 2013 after serving as CEO of U.S. Cellular Corp. Before U.S. Cellular, she was global chief marketing officer and executive vice president of McDonald’s and president of Quaker Foods, now a division of PepsiCo.
Under her tenure, Ulta grew from fewer than 600 stores to 1,264 as of Jan. 30, at a time when many retailers were shrinking their bricks-and-mortar footprint. The company’s market capitalization tripled to more than $18 billion and it joined the S&P and Fortune 500 listings, Ulta said.
Dillon will become executive chair of the board of directors and said she intends to serve a one-year term, during which she will remain focused on Ulta and advise Kimbell on strategy, external relationships and organizational development.
“I just feel this is the right time for me personally,” Dillon said during a call with analysts Thursday discussing the company’s fourth-quarter results.
“This is about as seamless of a succession story as you can come up with,” she said.
The past year has been more of a struggle for Ulta as it grappled with the effects of the coronavirus pandemic. Stores were closed for weeks and sales remained down even as they reopened.
Ulta halted its planned expansion into Canada and laid off corporate and field management employees in January. The retailer eliminated two of the management roles at stores to create a new, combined role in November. During the call with analysts Thursday, Dillon said Ulta cut about 340 jobs during the fourth quarter, while adding positions in other areas.
Makeup sales were down because of fewer new products, continued mask-wearing and fewer occasions requiring makeup, Dillon said, though skin care sales grew.
Still, the company said the fourth-quarter results were better than expected, and Kimbell said Ulta “is emerging from 2020 with good momentum and a strong foundation in place.”
Kimbell, 54, joined Ulta as chief marketing officer in 2014 and was named president in 2019. Dillon called him a “results-driven, guest-focused, inclusive leader.”
“I believe there is no one more prepared or better suited to lead Ulta Beauty into the future,” she said.
Chief Store Operations Officer Kecia Steelman, 50, will become chief operating officer, overseeing store and services operations and supply chain, along with Ulta’s plan to open shops inside Target stores announced in November.
Board Chairman Robert DiRomualdo will retire from the board after serving 17 years, including three as chairman, Ulta said. Lorna Nagler, a board member since 2009, will become the lead independent director.
The leadership changes will take effect following the company’s annual shareholders meeting June 2.
The company’s shares were down 6.8% after the markets closed.
