A list of in store coupons is here:

Let's keep this thread on topic!

Ulta points refresher (because yes, it is that complicated):

Item #1 - $53.50

Item #3 - $108.50 (and is eligible for a certain item/brand 5x multiplier)

* There is also a 5x all purchase multiplier and you are platinum so you get 1.25x

Total Spent - $162

Base Points Earned - 162

Platinum .25x Earned - 41 (162 * .25 = 40.5, and rounding up)

5x All Purchases Earned - 648 (it ends up being 4x because you don't count the base points)

5x Item/Brand Earned - 434

Total Points Earned - 1285

Links are not allowed.  In lieu of links, please read this:

Please add product id numbers and sku numbers so people can find items on ulta.

Just to clarify, there is an item number that Ulta lists on the website, right under the picture of the item.

The product id is the number given to the item in the URL.  So Ulta's site follows this formula of having the url and then the very last part of the url is "productId=xlsImpprod" followed by an 8 digit number.  If you use that "productId" number you can get to the page of any item on ulta.

It's not a search, but the direct url to the page.

Click on any product, and then view the url in the address bar.  It will look like this: ulta's website (not using the actual domain because BT admins don't like that) /prep-prime-fix?productId=xlsImpprod15921204  Replace the 8 digit product id of the item you want to see with the id of the product you're looking for.

My very unofficial Ulta point multiplier to approximate percent discount chart:

(This is a number where I use the multiplier to divide by 2000 to see how many dollars I would have to spend in order to redeem a $125 reward.  E.g. 2000 points divided by 1 point multiplier means I have to spend $2000 to get the $125 reward.  Adding how much I had to spend ($2000) + the reward ($125), and then using the reward ($125) to divide the total purchase ($2125), I get a discount of approximately 6% based on the total purchase.  Note: the total purchase is based on the concept that you are spending just enough to reach the next $125 reward and combines the reward value with how much money you had to spend to get that reward.

Re: Ulta GWPs

@RGbrown Ahh now I'm tempted! And I, too, have a drawer full of lip balms.

Edit: Perhaps we should start a support group.

Ohhh @RGbrown speaking of chapsticks, I picked up the Babo 15spf with tint and its awesome! Love wearing it at the pool! it works and keeps your lips looking pretty! Plus with the discount they had last week it was super affordable! I need another 2 or 5!

@RGbrown I wondered how their brand was. I also picked up the Origins bold lipstick. I love the color but the smell and taste (yeah I licked my lips just to see, lol!) leave you going...heh? plus no spf so it's just lipstick. I got it for a points boost. plus I've always wanted to try it. Babo is much better! I got the Plum rose and it's pretty!

Re: @RGBrown I wondered how their brand was. I also picked up...

Ack, what's the scent/flavor like on the Origins? I've had one on my loves list for a while now but haven't pulled the trigger yet.

ETA: read some reviews and it's rose. Nope, not for me. Yay, I can clear it off my list 😋

Re: Ohhh @RGBrown speaking of chapsticks, I picked up the Bab...

I haven't tried that one yet; thanks for the recommendation!

I've totally been digging on Ulta's spf30 balm lately; it's really nice for the price!

Re: Ulta GWPs

New gwp + step up (adds to cart automatically and seems to include pretty much all nail brands, 28 total)

And a new Fragrance Crush multiplier for the month

Re: Ulta GWPs

I own that bottle of Morgan Taylor glitter nail polish and it is so very pretty! It screams girly-girl glitter in a good way and is a great spring/summer color. Lasts a decent amount of time as well before chipping (I have acrylic nails so I only do pedicures). It's a great topper too on darker colors as well in case anyone was on the fence Smiley Happy.

Wow, I actually WANT to try all those things out and like all the polish colors they included. Good job Ulta! Really, really hope this one comes true to it's description.

@RGbrown that's so crazy, but looking at the picture, that bottle does look incomprehensibly small!? If that's the case, I'll probably dislocate several fingers before getting that open. I wish more nail polish companies were thoughtful about their bottle and cap designs.

Re: Wow, I actually WANT to try all those things out and like...

The microscopic bottle of Seche Vite is frustratingly tiny...after about three uses, the polish is too low to get enough on the brush in one dip without using two hands to tilt the bottle, but it dries so quickly that multiple dips into the bottle isn't always ideal either. It's a good product, but if I never see a mini bottle again, I'll be content 😋

@RGbrown I knew I held off buying that new dark spot remover that was in my basket today for a reason! This was it! Yes! For once the Gods are working with me!!!! ha!

Ulta GWPs

Monday will be Diamond/Platinum day right? Supposedly? I hope it's good. Anyone that got that the email with the extra "bonus points", mine was 100, I've seen some 200's as well, make sure to use those by Monday. I read the fine print on it today and they expire June 2nd. Use or lose! Thought I would throw that out there in case anyone, like me, didn't read the full email and went immediately to their account to see if it was real! lol!!! Of course only use if it makes sense JMHO// PSA over... ;-)

Re: Ulta GWPs

Have there been any spoilers about the offers for tomorrow’s Platinum Perk Day?

Re: Ulta GWPs

Sadly, there haven't been any. It seems Ulta didn't like spoilers, so they tinkered with the site and took away the previews 😥

Re: Ulta GWPs

@RGbrown That’s too bad, guess we’ll have to wait until tomorrow then. Thanks for your response!

Re: Ulta GWPs

New gwp!

Pimprod2006940 through 2006942

As of a couple of minutes ago, 2 of the three $65 bags were still available also, as well as the $75 step up. Dunno how long that'll last...I wouldn't wait if you're thinking of a purchase!

Re: Ulta GWPs

New gwps; choice of 3 at $65, plus a $75 step up.

The diamond bag is still available, but the mystery sampler went oos sometime between 12:01 and 12:04 🙄🙄

9x on Living proof (5x +5x stacking multipliers) made me do it. 🤦 I did use my diamond gift code on the dry shampoo, which once free didn't count towards the total but did at least get me the LP gwps.

The diamond bag went no longer available around 12:30ish...

The diamond bag went no longer available around 12:30ish :-( Ulta almost had me, I was loading up the cart and about to check out when they yanked it away. I'm back to feeling meh about spending $75.

Re: The diamond bag went no longer available around 12:30ish...

Ditto on the meh for $75. The step up is a pretty nice addition for "only ten more dollars", but there's nothing in it that I actually want. And none of the $65 gwps scream "totally worth $65" to me either. There are one or two items in each set that I wouldn't mind having, but...I'm not sure I'm thrilled enough with any of them to go for it.

If the mystery bag was still available, I would have jumped. No hesitation. Now? Never say never, I'm gonna sleep on it, but I'm leaning towards no. 😐
