Please add product id numbers and sku numbers so people can find items on ulta.  

Just to clarify, there is an item number that Ulta lists on the website, right under the picture of the item.

The product id is the number given to the item in the URL.  So Ulta's site follows this formula of having the url and then the very last part of the url is "productId=xlsImpprod" followed by an 8 digit number.  If you use that "productId" number you can get to the page of any item on ulta. 

It's not a search, but the direct url to the page. 

Click on any product, and then view the url in the address bar.  It will look like this: ulta's website (not using the actual domain because BT admins don't like that) /prep-prime-fix?productId=xlsImpprod15921204  Replace the 8 digit product id of the item you want to see with the id of the product you're looking for.

My very unofficial Ulta point multiplier to approximate percent discount chart:

(This is a number where I use the multiplier to divide by 2000 to see how many dollars I would have to spend in order to redeem a $125 reward.  E.g. 2000 points divided by 1 point multiplier means I have to spend $2000 to get the $125 reward.  Adding how much I had to spend ($2000) + the reward ($125), and then using the reward ($125) to divide the total purchase ($2125), I get a discount of approximately 6% based on the total purchase.  Note: the total purchase is based on the concept that you are spending just enough to reach the next $125 reward and combines the reward value with how much money you had to spend to get that reward.

@civ2ru Got that one too, definitely subpar for the quality I expect at ULTA. It would be okay if prestige were included but $5 off $40 for non-prestige compared to the basic $3.50 off $15 is really skimming the bottom of the barrel. Not the best way to start the new year, ULTA but hey I'm still super excited for the event happening now. @SportyGirly125  I'm pleased, esp. since my bday's Feb 1, but I picked Jan when signing up, bc I guess they had more offers then or something.

so, Im pretty pleased w/the lancome serum, since its certainly better than the Feb. one, or most of the other ones Ive seen. I posted a pic of the 12 bday gifts from the catalog a few days ago, and this certainly looks like one of the best ones, along w/the estee lauder one, which was actually the bday gift for Jan. 1 or 2 years ago, but I never got it bc its so cooold in winter, I didnt feel like going there just to pick up something I already have and probly would never get around to using. but now u can get them online, so, that solves that. lol. 🤗

@treestar86 @alexasteph for me the birthday freebies for the month of January have been crappy compared to other months. I have an Ulta that is 2 minutes away from me so I don’t normally have items shipped unless they don’t have the product in store or I want the gwp. They would be better off just letting you pick any item for a certain price which I have mentioned several times before.

they should do that w/perk day, too!! since we're all usually disappointed...lol. I'm anticipating perk day (tomorrow, I hope?) to see if theyre better than last year...I hope so!!  altho they cant get much worse, unless they start offering cheapo drugstore deodorant, or something...heh. 😅😬

@SportyGirly125 I’d actually be really happy with either of these! They are repeats, as the Lancôme was in fact the September birthday gift from 2021 (which I redeemed for), but I was very appreciative of having a good quality travel sized serum. As I’ve narrowed and refined my skin care routine, it’s been harder for me to find travel sized versions of products or similar products I use. I used this Lancôme through the fall for trips and I was pretty pleased with it. Clinique makes my favorite eye liners, it’s the only brand I use for it, so I’m always happy with getting more as GWP or rewards.

Oh ETA I’m seeing you told @WinglessOne you don’t remember being very happy with how the Clinique has performed for you in the past, so never mind about that one! Haha. I think I saw a spoiler somewhere for the rest of the monthly gifts… on this thread maybe? I’ll have to look again. Either way, your birthday month at Ulta is always exciting with the other benefits!
