Please add product id numbers and sku numbers so people can find items on ulta.  

Just to clarify, there is an item number that Ulta lists on the website, right under the picture of the item.

The product id is the number given to the item in the URL.  So Ulta's site follows this formula of having the url and then the very last part of the url is "productId=xlsImpprod" followed by an 8 digit number.  If you use that "productId" number you can get to the page of any item on ulta. 

It's not a search, but the direct url to the page. 

Click on any product, and then view the url in the address bar.  It will look like this: ulta's website (not using the actual domain because BT admins don't like that) /prep-prime-fix?productId=xlsImpprod15921204  Replace the 8 digit product id of the item you want to see with the id of the product you're looking for.

My very unofficial Ulta point multiplier to approximate percent discount chart:

(This is a number where I use the multiplier to divide by 2000 to see how many dollars I would have to spend in order to redeem a $125 reward.  E.g. 2000 points divided by 1 point multiplier means I have to spend $2000 to get the $125 reward.  Adding how much I had to spend ($2000) + the reward ($125), and then using the reward ($125) to divide the total purchase ($2125), I get a discount of approximately 6% based on the total purchase.  Note: the total purchase is based on the concept that you are spending just enough to reach the next $125 reward and combines the reward value with how much money you had to spend to get that reward.

ha! Saw your post just pop up now. Not sure how to delete mine, sorry. It looks like the other offer is stackable with it. Now I'm just debating if It's worth waiting for another big gwp or beauty bag. I'm not very familiar with NYX, but might be a good time to try out.

It’s an interesting strategy, @RGbrown. Maybe just by using different wording they can attract a different base? It’s almost 10X points but by setting a threshold they can guarantee a certain return.

New multiplierI am RIDICULOUSLY excited about Capri Blue and this coinciding with the 20%. I don't think we've ever seen a multiplier for that brand before 😄

Every now and again I have to go into my phone settings and force stop the app to get it to update. It definitely should have updated by now!

@RGbrown Thanks, that's good to know about Force Stop. It didn't work, but the app is also glitching out like it occasionally does by not letting me favorite an item. (I get a message saying item has been removed from favorites.)

Just reinstalled it & got the new multiplier you posted (yay!) but still no favorites. I'm sure it will resolve overnight.

Have you by chance been fiddling around on their full site as well recently (and signed in both places)? I find if I go back and forth between the full site and the app, all sorts of goofy glitches happen, including that oh so weird favorites issue. It does resolve itself eventually...I suspect once the full site logs you out after your session times out.

The only scent I've tried is Volcano, and it is phenomenal. I'd call it "refined beachy". Citrus and tropical without being too sweet or too immature. I think Blue Jean is the other scent I want to try, but I'll have to look it up again to remind myself.

I find their hand cream to be be meh as an actual moisturizer, but I still get excited when that's one of my samples because of the scent 😅 I have the Volcano room spray, and am debating either a candle (that I know I'd never bring myself to burn) and/or the perfume. I use the room spray to spritz my jacket/shirt from time to time when I'm home, but it doesn't last all that long (but the massive bottle compared to the tiny perfume balances out the cost difference IMHO...I can use the room spray as much as I want and still not worry about replacing it any time soon lol)

If you plan to take advantage of the Philosophy multiplier ending tonight, & love their Microdelivery 2-Step Resurfacing Peel, but hate the price for the 2oz sizes, Ulta has a $39 kit with 1oz of each in a set called "Healthy, Happy, Radiant" that also comes with a 4oz Microdelivery Wash & a 0.5oz Purity Moisturizer. If you have a 20% off code, even better! I've been using the Olay peel dupe, but I've found it's not quite as effective at clearing my pores without the salicylic acid that Philosophy has. (Both peels have an orange scent, none of that Purity nonsense. Ha!) Sorry I'm unable to post a screenshot- I can't have nice things like room on my phone for an image converter. 😛

I have been super curious too these past few weeks. Thanks for digging into this @Feebee1115 please keep us posted what you find out. Seems odd they'd send out notifications week after week with nothing in store. I know it's October/Halloween-ish, but that's not a nice trick Ulta! (Esp when we were hoping for treats)

@ChanChanMakeup I’m wondering too. I went this morning and of course nothing was out. 3 associates had no idea what I was talking about. I then showed them the app. They still couldn’t figure it out. 

Then I called their 800 number as this was the third week in a row that nothing has been out. The lady couldn’t find what I was talking about. So I teeeted Ulta. They had me send an email. Then said there’s no such thing as the in store only beauty deal on Friday. So I sent them a screenshot from the app and notification I got. Their response was they will look into it. They’re really disorganized

@Feebee1115 I totally forgot to call the store today to see what the promo was after I saw the notification come in. How obnoxious that there's a disconnect between Ulta marketing & retail since they keep pushing this. I'd write to see if they can help since I imagine it's a PIA for all of you to go in and find nothing. (Unless you like shopping in store!)

@Luvstravel @NatureGirlSD it is extremely frustrating. The employees did try to help me but they just seemed so confused. I did get a reply from Ulta so maybe they’ll just give me some points.
