Please add product id numbers and sku numbers so people can find items on ulta.  

Just to clarify, there is an item number that Ulta lists on the website, right under the picture of the item.

The product id is the number given to the item in the URL.  So Ulta's site follows this formula of having the url and then the very last part of the url is "productId=xlsImpprod" followed by an 8 digit number.  If you use that "productId" number you can get to the page of any item on ulta. 

It's not a search, but the direct url to the page. 

Click on any product, and then view the url in the address bar.  It will look like this: ulta's website (not using the actual domain because BT admins don't like that) /prep-prime-fix?productId=xlsImpprod15921204  Replace the 8 digit product id of the item you want to see with the id of the product you're looking for.

My very unofficial Ulta point multiplier to approximate percent discount chart:

(This is a number where I use the multiplier to divide by 2000 to see how many dollars I would have to spend in order to redeem a $125 reward.  E.g. 2000 points divided by 1 point multiplier means I have to spend $2000 to get the $125 reward.  Adding how much I had to spend ($2000) + the reward ($125), and then using the reward ($125) to divide the total purchase ($2125), I get a discount of approximately 6% based on the total purchase.  Note: the total purchase is based on the concept that you are spending just enough to reach the next $125 reward and combines the reward value with how much money you had to spend to get that reward.

I normally detest floral scents, but the gardenia in this one is simply fantastic to me ❤️ We have a gardenia bush in the back yard that scents the whole place up when it blooms each summer, and I always miss the scent when it's done for the year. Now I can have a little whiff of it every now and again. Love!

@RGbrown  I thought I did too, but this smelled so clean and simple.  I wasn't sure what it was, as it reminded me of something and I thought it was my other recent fave the body shop moringa perfume, but then I looked it up...I see there is a mini gwp, been waiting for it to be the fragrance crush! 

how nice to have such a lovely bush (lol) in your backyard to enjoy.  there are some nice smelling trees around here, including a huge magnolia, but it's right on the corner so hard to enjoy with all the traffic, lol. 😞 we do have a lilac bush though, so that's nice in the spring. 🙂

Ok I’m going to stay in character and be random. Just want to say the Frida Kahlo brush collection by Ulta is surprisingly good and adorable!!  Better than real technique and other drugstore brands. I can’t decide if it’s better than Sephora brushes. I got it 20% off with the free backpack gwp a week ago. The backpack is so comfortable, surprisingly decent. Also the Frida Kahlo nail polishes that I got 20% off are good quality, wear so comfortable and are stunning!!!  Shocker. Ulta brands are better quality than expected.

Glad to hear the brush set is worth it! I've been eyeing it off and on, but won't use at least one of the four, so I keep skipping it. Maybe I'll grab it at some point anyways 😋

Ulta has some nice stuff in their house brand; I've been plenty impressed with their nail polish, and their luxe lipsticks and gel pencil eyeliners are great too...both are good subs for the pricier UD stuff. And their lip oil is very comparable to Clarins!

Be prepared for the salon to have zero idea what you are talking about, and for them to be completely baffled by a free service, especially since there's no actual coupon you can print out. I had a feeling it would be like that, so I made sure to mention it as we were checking in instead of waiting until after the service. The staff was super friendly about it and never gave us any flack about it, but my sis and I both wound up showing our emails to several folks in the chain of command so that someone could figure out how to ring it up properly. I don't know what all it entailed on their end, but apparently it was a bit of work for them. 

Oh, and that "30 min" designation...nope. Sis and I were there for roughly three hours lol. Part of it was our facialist...she was chatty, but I'm pretty sure we each spent way more than 30min in the chair too. 

After our facials, we picked up our Clinique sets for 300pts each, sis redeemed her bday $10q and got her MAC bday lippie, and I found a couple more OPI Scotland polishes for the 5x. All in all, it was a great Ulta day! 🧡

I was shocked when we left and I realized what time it was...I knew we'd been there a while, but it didn't seem like that long 🕒 I don't think it helped that the facialist was also the salon manager, so she got called over to assist other employees a few times. But we had a good time, so it was worth it.

I'm up to 4 of the Scotland OPIs now, and talked myself out of a 5th I thought I wanted but didn't once I saw it. I've got one more on my loves list that I haven't come across anywhere yet, but the reality is that I will easily live without it 😅

I think I hover in obsessed collector territory with nail polish. I won't buy much at full price, but once a sale hits, I grab all I can find with little thought for "but I already have two dozen shades almost exactly like this one" 🤭

I haven't tried them out yet, but I think Nessie Plays Hide & Sea-k will be my fave of the ones I've grabbed so far. It's a stunning deep teal with gold shimmer in the bottle ❤️

I've still got a red shimmer on my Ulta loves list, which I believe is A Little Guilt Under The Kilt...I'd love to find it, but I also have plenty of red shimmers already lol. I am kinda debating going back for Thistle and Aber-green myself...both are shades I don't normally reach for, but that also means I don't have anything like them yet.

(ETA: double checking OPIs site, Thistle is a shimmer, and I would totally wear it. Now I don't know why I skipped it, unless I decided I had a dupe. I don't remember noticing any shimmer in the bottle though; I had it in my head it was a cream for some reason. Makes me want to go back out and see if I can find it again just to figure this out lol)

LUCKY!!!!  Wish I got the facial promo. Don’t they see I got my brows done with them and by extension would be open to a facial?  I can’t be mad though because I got so many FS fancy freebies and their point system is way better 😊

Looks like the Skincare gwp is oos. I had the hair gwps in my cart and never for them to go free. The affiliate/gwp $30 bag is mostly packets. There is so much better to look forward to with cybermon and black fri. Saving all of those points for the day they make it rain!!!
