Please add product id numbers and sku numbers so people can find items on ulta.  

Just to clarify, there is an item number that Ulta lists on the website, right under the picture of the item.

The product id is the number given to the item in the URL.  So Ulta's site follows this formula of having the url and then the very last part of the url is "productId=xlsImpprod" followed by an 8 digit number.  If you use that "productId" number you can get to the page of any item on ulta. 

It's not a search, but the direct url to the page. 

Click on any product, and then view the url in the address bar.  It will look like this: ulta's website (not using the actual domain because BT admins don't like that) /prep-prime-fix?productId=xlsImpprod15921204  Replace the 8 digit product id of the item you want to see with the id of the product you're looking for.

My very unofficial Ulta point multiplier to approximate percent discount chart:

(This is a number where I use the multiplier to divide by 2000 to see how many dollars I would have to spend in order to redeem a $125 reward.  E.g. 2000 points divided by 1 point multiplier means I have to spend $2000 to get the $125 reward.  Adding how much I had to spend ($2000) + the reward ($125), and then using the reward ($125) to divide the total purchase ($2125), I get a discount of approximately 6% based on the total purchase.  Note: the total purchase is based on the concept that you are spending just enough to reach the next $125 reward and combines the reward value with how much money you had to spend to get that reward.

I didn't get any of the multipliers or the $15 off coupon.  😕  I'm still getting Ulta emails though!  I feel like I'm being punished for activating offers and not using them.

@itscarinn I hadn't thought of that; I do that all the time.  I'm only getting most notifications of Beauty Breaks and sales in an alternate email I'm not using to sign into my account, and an occasional $15 off coupon because Ulta  thinks I'm not shopping with them anymore (which I'm not, from that email.)  

I get no special multipliers apart from the ones everyone gets.

@RGbrown Thanks! I actually got the beauty services multiplier (& Becca), likely because I've had two haircuts at Ulta since August. Has anyone tried the Benefit Brow counter? If so, how'd you like it? After 30-something years of overplucking the outside edges & never getting my arch in the right place, I NEED a brow makeover to go with my faceshape, but something subtle. (I prefer a natural look.) Thanks!

I use the Benefit Brow Service @NatureGirlSD! The person that does my brows is so good that I don't get them done anywhere else.

Ohhh, I was just going to ask about this. Does Ulta have a separate brow service, or is it the Benefit brow service that the 5X multiplier would apply to? 

My brows are starting to resemble caterpillars since my fave nail/waxing place went out of business. Not cute.

The Benefit Brow is Ulta's only brow service @magda124. The service multiplier works on all the services: hair, skin, and brows!!!

The item number in the pic is unfortunately not the same as a Product ID...Product ID's are only found in the URL of an item, not in the pic or description.

At this point, I'd either write them on social media a lot or just spend a few minutes creating canned responses to send them *every single day* with subject headers like: Still not receiving emails, Still not receiving multipliers. Where are the samples? I'm a pest when it comes to poor customer service, so I'd be opening a ticket a day. 😛

One day if I jump ship, I'll post the full obnoxious email thread I had with them recently. In a nutshell, I first wrote CS to tell them the Leaders masks were no longer showing the sale price and I was anxious to get in a large purchase. CS wrote back to say the Leaders masks are not part of the sale event (yes, they are). I then basically told them to check their own website for confirmation before responding further. Their next email was an apology (I think) full of non sequiturs that was just funny/sad. I took it to their Instagram and the sale prices showed back up pretty quickly.

@NatureGirlSD Their CS reps are not employed by Ulta, but are contracted by a third-party call center. You can through all that nonsense by calling Ulta Corporate (630) 410-4800 and asking to speak with someone on Ulta's Executive Escalation Team.
