Please add product id numbers and sku numbers so people can find items on ulta.  

Just to clarify, there is an item number that Ulta lists on the website, right under the picture of the item.

The product id is the number given to the item in the URL.  So Ulta's site follows this formula of having the url and then the very last part of the url is "productId=xlsImpprod" followed by an 8 digit number.  If you use that "productId" number you can get to the page of any item on ulta. 

It's not a search, but the direct url to the page. 

Click on any product, and then view the url in the address bar.  It will look like this: ulta's website (not using the actual domain because BT admins don't like that) /prep-prime-fix?productId=xlsImpprod15921204  Replace the 8 digit product id of the item you want to see with the id of the product you're looking for.

My very unofficial Ulta point multiplier to approximate percent discount chart:

(This is a number where I use the multiplier to divide by 2000 to see how many dollars I would have to spend in order to redeem a $125 reward.  E.g. 2000 points divided by 1 point multiplier means I have to spend $2000 to get the $125 reward.  Adding how much I had to spend ($2000) + the reward ($125), and then using the reward ($125) to divide the total purchase ($2125), I get a discount of approximately 6% based on the total purchase.  Note: the total purchase is based on the concept that you are spending just enough to reach the next $125 reward and combines the reward value with how much money you had to spend to get that reward.

Based on the spreadsheet, it looks like last year there were 2 beauty bags (one for $25 & one for $75) the day after the Fall Bag. Do you think that will be the case this year? One of today's bags kind of appeals to me but not enough that I want to place an order. I think I'll wait to see what tomorrow brings.

I just spoke with my local Ulta store about not receiving any multipliers (not even the general ones on site,) nor have I received any emails for at least a month.  It seems to have been happening since I started exchanging/returning online purchases from that store.

The manager told me they are having a lot of problems with the IT department in that regard, and it's not just me.  

Ulta's online customer service has been useless; even a "master reset" didn't help.  

I guess I would recommend that any of us keep our online transactions online, and store to store, not mixing the two.  I hope it gets resolved soon.

I had this problem @Ispend2much6 I ended up creating a new email account just for ulta. and I had a csr email me a change password email. not sure which did the trick but at least I get emails/promos now🤗

@Ispend2much6 you keep the same user name. mine happens to be my old email address. you just change the email address that's on your acct to the new one. My status remained the same & everything. It was desperate measures though. My password did change when they sent me the email. they said it wouldnt. it did.😒 hope I clarified it enough this time. 🤔

I’ve had issues too and when I emailed them for my points I didn’t get multiplied and they manually added them. Still annoying to have to do.

Thank you so much for sharing! I've been having the same issues and it's frustrating to spend so much $ and not get the perks everyone else gets! 😞 That being said, I guess I don't need to buy anything more so perhaps they're doing us a favor hahahaha :,)

@Ispend2much6 I have had that same issue and they did a hard reset four times. What has finally worked is I changed my email. I started getting all of the multipliers and coupons again. I just switched back to my preferred email and so far I keep getting the coupons.

@Ispend2much6  I updated it myself online. Once I saw I was getting everything again i changed it back myself to my original email.  It’s a bit annoying but seems to be the work around.
