Please add product id numbers and sku numbers so people can find items on ulta.  

Just to clarify, there is an item number that Ulta lists on the website, right under the picture of the item.

The product id is the number given to the item in the URL.  So Ulta's site follows this formula of having the url and then the very last part of the url is "productId=xlsImpprod" followed by an 8 digit number.  If you use that "productId" number you can get to the page of any item on ulta. 

It's not a search, but the direct url to the page. 

Click on any product, and then view the url in the address bar.  It will look like this: ulta's website (not using the actual domain because BT admins don't like that) /prep-prime-fix?productId=xlsImpprod15921204  Replace the 8 digit product id of the item you want to see with the id of the product you're looking for.

My very unofficial Ulta point multiplier to approximate percent discount chart:

(This is a number where I use the multiplier to divide by 2000 to see how many dollars I would have to spend in order to redeem a $125 reward.  E.g. 2000 points divided by 1 point multiplier means I have to spend $2000 to get the $125 reward.  Adding how much I had to spend ($2000) + the reward ($125), and then using the reward ($125) to divide the total purchase ($2125), I get a discount of approximately 6% based on the total purchase.  Note: the total purchase is based on the concept that you are spending just enough to reach the next $125 reward and combines the reward value with how much money you had to spend to get that reward.

While I'm thinking about it, I want to give a huge THANK YOU to whoever updates the spreadsheet. I know at least for me, it's a secondary action I never think to take...I post a gift or multiplier here, but rarely think to transfer it over. If I do happen to have that thought, it's already there for all who need it, like magic. 

So to whichever lovely folk(s) have been handling that silent but oh so necessary task, you are simply the best, and I appreciate you even more every time I check out the sheet. You are the best!

Awwww - I totally agree, @RGbrown!  For some reason, I have trouble signing in to update it (although I use Google Docs at work sometimes with no problem), so I am super appreciative of those who make the updates!  The doc is the first thing I check prior to making any Ulta purchase!  Thank you!!!!!! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

@Maria88 I’m having the same issues with emails. I’ve been platinum for years and usually get the freebie  and multiplier offers but in the last two months, nothing!

I hate to be that person too, but I didn’t get one. I am diamond leveland emailed customer service and they responded it was targeted. 🤷🏼‍♀️ if anyone has an extra they could DM it would be appreciated.

Try calling customer service @Anonymous. That happened to me a couple of years ago and the person that I spoke to emailed me a unique code. After that I started receiving emails again.

I would but I did an update the other day on my iPhone and now the speaker button is blacked out and no one can hear me and I can’t hear them, so I can’t make calls. I have done every solution on the internet and nothing has worked so I’m going to the Apple store on Monday. Hopefully they can fix it and I can make a call to CS. 😓

@Maria88 Yay! I'm glad you got a code for 20% off. I hope Ulta sends you one too. This is only a guess, but they may be working on their email issues now based on how I just received an email out of the blue welcoming me to Diamond... again. (This is in addition to the GWP email they sent me early this morning.) My first welcome email was in March or April when I had to work with them to send me Diamond instead of Platinum emails. Has anyone else got another Diamond notification today?

I really hope you are right @NatureGirlSD. I know "it's only makeup" but I rely on these little perks to stock up and treat myself. I mean without the multipliers and freebies I have no reason to shop at ULTA: those little perks are what makes it great! The latest email from them was to make sure I add them to my contacts to my email doesn't reject theirs. So I finally did add them to my contact list to see if that will somehow fix it. But they were never on the list to begin with and I check my Junk religiously multiple times a day. Did you do anything specific to start getting the Diamond stuff or have you not gotten anything since March/April?

@Maria88. @Anonymous I thought this posted last night,  but I don't see it now. Essentially, I've received all Diamond emails & offers since contacting them a week after making that level but receiving a Platinum email that didn't include a promo code for a free full size Bare Minerals tint that all Diamond members received.

I emailed with my Ulta member ID asking them to send me the welcome gift, the Bare Minerals promo code, & to move me to the Diamond email list. They replied within 20 minutes with the welcome gift code & told me to buy the skin tint then send them the order number for a refund. I did and the refund was almost immediate.

My experience with calling vs email is like night & day, so I can't imagine ever hating myself enough to call them again. 😉
