Please add product id numbers and sku numbers so people can find items on ulta.  

Just to clarify, there is an item number that Ulta lists on the website, right under the picture of the item.

The product id is the number given to the item in the URL.  So Ulta's site follows this formula of having the url and then the very last part of the url is "productId=xlsImpprod" followed by an 8 digit number.  If you use that "productId" number you can get to the page of any item on ulta. 

It's not a search, but the direct url to the page. 

Click on any product, and then view the url in the address bar.  It will look like this: ulta's website (not using the actual domain because BT admins don't like that) /prep-prime-fix?productId=xlsImpprod15921204  Replace the 8 digit product id of the item you want to see with the id of the product you're looking for.

My very unofficial Ulta point multiplier to approximate percent discount chart:

(This is a number where I use the multiplier to divide by 2000 to see how many dollars I would have to spend in order to redeem a $125 reward.  E.g. 2000 points divided by 1 point multiplier means I have to spend $2000 to get the $125 reward.  Adding how much I had to spend ($2000) + the reward ($125), and then using the reward ($125) to divide the total purchase ($2125), I get a discount of approximately 6% based on the total purchase.  Note: the total purchase is based on the concept that you are spending just enough to reach the next $125 reward and combines the reward value with how much money you had to spend to get that reward.

Ahhh I just placed an order and then I saw this. I forgot the primer 😞 However there is a 40% the second item still available on the Niip+Fab (correct spelling not allowed lol) items. I was able to get the daily steal price along with 40% off on the second item. I added $2.99 hair ties and was able to use a $3.50 off coupon. The two samples, two sets of the pads and the hair ties for $11.95 plus tax!

Edit: Not sure how long the two deals will overlap since usually the overlap is only for a few hours in the middle of the night.

I was able to get SONA GASPARIAN to check out. I hope it's still in stock once it's shipped. I couldn't find the item till I saw link someone posted online. Ulta didn't send me any promo email anymore.

New GWP, but I'm really not feeling Ulta right now. My order from the 8th with the 2 GWPs, and I had to call on the get a refund on the SG, has been in limbo since the 9th when a shipping label was generated and I got a shipping notice that day that gave the estimated delivery date of yesterday, but it has not been picked up by UPS according to tracking. I called and was told nothing could be done until after 10 business days. By then the GWPs will be sold out for sure!

I was on the same boat! I placed an order on 1/8 with both GWP bags, and the tracking didn't update for days. UPS stated that they were awaiting the package. I got my refund for the GWP bags without issues, so I wasn't worried about that. But days went by and my tracking didn't update so I got worried.

I contacted them and they responded that the order was refunded. I replied back telling them if theyactually looked into it, only the GWP bag costs were refunded ($150+) and my total order was $225+ so they were wrong. Then they responded back with the "Please wait 10 days...".

It is 1/16 and my tracking just updated. It is in Dallas, Texas. Scheduled for delivery on Thursday. I have already received my other order which was placed after this one. The one I already received contained only the Sona bag (i didn't get skincare). Maybe one of Ulta's shipping facilities had a problem, or there was a miscommunication within their company for orders that had a partial-refund for the bags. Either way, I've been disappointed with Ulta lately.

@KatieJiang I got my orders (Sun & Wed) on the same day (Friday)..lol. The Sunday one is the one with problems (GWP refunds, delayed shipping info). I think the delay was due to the items I bought was out of stock in nearest warehouse, so I got my shipment from CA instead of IL.

@begonia46 Yes. But I have no idea about your case as the items you bought have been canceled. Maybe wait a bit longer to see if they would actually send the GWP to you~ Good luck!

@quetzalina I called them on Monday night to get the SG bag refund after I received the shipping email. Somehow the UPS tracking was "ready for UPS" for 3 days. I get my refund on Thursday and magically the UPS tracking updated to "Destination Scan" (without showing original scan, in transit..etc). So hope your package could arrive at your place soon!!

Thanks for letting me know @Sodayui! I have never had a package hang out to be picked up for so long. Like you, I called on Monday and was issued a refund on Thursday, but nothing has moved forward as of today. I hope there is a jump to the destination scan soon!

Did your order ever move along?  I was in the same boat with getting a shipping notification email on Sunday (1/8) and UPS didn't ever update for me.  I contacted them via FB last night and they said they could only either offer a refund or ship my order without the SG bag as it's now sold out. 

I opted for the full refund and now my progress towards Platinum for this year, instead of $0 as it should be, is -$14.35. This make zero sense.  Also, I used my birthday coupon on the original order and they promised to send me another one, but I haven't received it yet. 

Ulta customer service has been less than impressive here.

Nope, @angeliquec, still stuck in limbo and CS told me that they won't do a thing about it until 10 business days have passes, which means the 24th. I used points, too, which will probably complicate things even more if I need to get a refund. I almost placed another order to ensure that I get the GWPs, but I think the skin care one is OOS or expired. I think I'll call back since you've already been refunded. Thanks for letting me know! Sorry it happened to you, too!

@angeliquec  @quetzalina I am in the same boat!  Before the tracking said waiting for pick up and now it says a revised delivery date is unavailable and to check back soon.  I got the refund for the Sona bag but the order only includes a $3 item and the skincare and Sona gwp.  The rest of my order was cancelled as item was out of stock.  I thought I was pretty lucky to get the 2 gwps for $3 plus tax but now I assume I'm not getting anything so may be not meant to be.  @Sodayui did you get your delivery with Sona bag?
