Please add product id numbers and sku numbers so people can find items on ulta.  

Just to clarify, there is an item number that Ulta lists on the website, right under the picture of the item.

The product id is the number given to the item in the URL.  So Ulta's site follows this formula of having the url and then the very last part of the url is "productId=xlsImpprod" followed by an 8 digit number.  If you use that "productId" number you can get to the page of any item on ulta. 

It's not a search, but the direct url to the page. 

Click on any product, and then view the url in the address bar.  It will look like this: ulta's website (not using the actual domain because BT admins don't like that) /prep-prime-fix?productId=xlsImpprod15921204  Replace the 8 digit product id of the item you want to see with the id of the product you're looking for.

My very unofficial Ulta point multiplier to approximate percent discount chart:

(This is a number where I use the multiplier to divide by 2000 to see how many dollars I would have to spend in order to redeem a $125 reward.  E.g. 2000 points divided by 1 point multiplier means I have to spend $2000 to get the $125 reward.  Adding how much I had to spend ($2000) + the reward ($125), and then using the reward ($125) to divide the total purchase ($2125), I get a discount of approximately 6% based on the total purchase.  Note: the total purchase is based on the concept that you are spending just enough to reach the next $125 reward and combines the reward value with how much money you had to spend to get that reward.

Usually when there are GWP bags w/ a blogger, the bag doesn't go live until the blogger does a video with the products. I haven't seen one yet on Sona's channel. Hopefully it will be later today! 🙂

I just called Ulta and they said to place the order with the 2 GWP bags and they'll issue a refund when I get my shipping confirmation.

I got a reference number to ensure my refund of $145.

Meanwhile, I hope the glitch resolves itself and you can all get the beauty bags without having to call Ulta.

I called Ulta and they told me they Sona Gasparian bag isn't a valid offer anymore? Did anyone hear the same?

@denaxnguyen  I just called and the CS Rep told me this is a known issue, the bag is still available and to call back after it processes for a refund of the $75.

Currently on the phone with Ulta SA and they are telling me that they have been having issues with the GWP's and to wait a few hours for it to be fixed. When I asked if I can place my order and just be refunded the $75 when it ships, she said that they weren't doing that. She told me that I can place an order now and then place an order when the other SG GWP starts to work on the website, which I then proceeding to tell her that I have no interest in purchasing over $150 worth of items. Crossing my fingers that the first bag isn't OOS by the time the second bag is in fully working.

@natalyf I called CS this morning, and I explained the issue to him. He quickly said: yes we've been having issues with that, you got 2 options, to either wait until the issue it's fixed or to place the other and get a refund when it ships. I chose option 2 and he quickly gave me a reference number. Such a quick phone call!! 

It sucks that CS responses differ all the time regardless of the issue!

Well that stinks - I really want that SG GWP and have a cart ready to go! With my luck I'll miss it. I was thinking about just buying it and then getting my card refunded so thank you very much for that piece of info.

Does anyone have the 2 GWP bags in their cart, are they showing up free? I have $75 of skin care, both bags, and they are still showing up at $75 price for the GWP..trying to figure out what's going on..I thought they were live today?

Maybe it's not really live yet? I suppose we could go ahead and buy it and ask for a refund/price adjustment because it does fit the terms of purchase if we have $75 of products in the cart.

So this is totally off-topic but I noticed Ulta has a contest to win a bunch of points, or giftcards, or products, and you have to click a bag to potentially "win". 

I told my husband to come over and pick one for me, and he won a $25 giftcard!!!! And I already got the email with the giftcard in it!!!

Ugh, Ulta keeps wanting me to "register" to use this when I am already registered. Plus, the site won't let me sign in. It'll let me type in my email, but then there is no place to put in my password. 😞

@lmi82It didn't seem to recognize that I was already registered either so I just went ahead and entered all the info they wanted and got to enter that way - it didn't then come up with an error message. Annoying but I still got to enter...and one nothing in the instant play haha.
