Please add product id numbers and sku numbers so people can find items on ulta.  

Just to clarify, there is an item number that Ulta lists on the website, right under the picture of the item.

The product id is the number given to the item in the URL.  So Ulta's site follows this formula of having the url and then the very last part of the url is "productId=xlsImpprod" followed by an 8 digit number.  If you use that "productId" number you can get to the page of any item on ulta. 

It's not a search, but the direct url to the page. 

Click on any product, and then view the url in the address bar.  It will look like this: ulta's website (not using the actual domain because BT admins don't like that) /prep-prime-fix?productId=xlsImpprod15921204  Replace the 8 digit product id of the item you want to see with the id of the product you're looking for.

My very unofficial Ulta point multiplier to approximate percent discount chart:

(This is a number where I use the multiplier to divide by 2000 to see how many dollars I would have to spend in order to redeem a $125 reward.  E.g. 2000 points divided by 1 point multiplier means I have to spend $2000 to get the $125 reward.  Adding how much I had to spend ($2000) + the reward ($125), and then using the reward ($125) to divide the total purchase ($2125), I get a discount of approximately 6% based on the total purchase.  Note: the total purchase is based on the concept that you are spending just enough to reach the next $125 reward and combines the reward value with how much money you had to spend to get that reward.

If other Ulta stores are anything like mine, they have a LOT of left over stock. I stopped in this past weekend and they had boxes and boxes of robes behind the counter. But at a $25 fragrance purchase, I may stop in.

Out of the 3 color options, I recommend the white one as it felt like the quality was better. The blue with white felt the cheapest, so I would stay away from that one. They are a decent size, so for $25 fragrance buy in you get a good gift. My store had a lot of them still available, so you shouldn't have an issue getting your hands on one.

@Tarabotti I haven't seen the robes they are offering this year, but I got one in 2015 and it was terrible.  The fabric was very cheap and it was so short that I can't wear it without PJ's underneath.  It was more like a fuzzy jacket than a robe.  It definitely did not live up to the term "luxury."

Hopefully they're better this year.

Hi Ladies, I just placed my order for the first time from ULTA for the Tarte Tape Shape couple of days back. And of course the shade did not match me. It is extremely frustrating and the main reason why I don't shop there is because I have no ULTA near me I can't swatch anything and I can't return anything in store. I just read their return/exchange policy and there is no free return label and customer has to pay for shipping. What do most people do if you would like to exchange shades and how much does it cost to exchange or I have to return and repurchase again? The free shipping threshold is also $50 which is quite high considering not having free returns. Please let me know what you ladies do. It was my first time shopping at ULTA and I don't really like their not customer friendly policies.

We mostly all have stores in our neighborhoods.  Ordering make-up online along with guessing shades like you did, well, there are risks.

The shipping is only like $2 for a small item. 

You will only have to pay that tiny shipping fee. Ulta will have to eat the entire cost since they won't be able to put the item back on the shelves.

In the future just try to get samples before placing your order.  I know some people have requested samples on this forum.  We would be more than happy to help those in this situation.

I finally got my Ulta GWP. A bit underwhelming because I had my hopes up for highlighter/ABH. But the too faced chocolate soleil is good, and I'll use the Lancome products even if it's hard to be excited by Lancome GWPs 😂

Wow your bag is fairly different from everyone else's, I'm surprised. It seemed like everyone was by default getting abh. I hope in the end some of the stuff works out for you 🙂

this is the same bag I got. I really wanted the ABH gloss too. I tried the Sugar Shine Hair Scrub (this was after looking up how to use it). I don't really notice a difference, but I do like the smell!

Awww, this is why I am always hesitant to go for the mystery bags. I really would have loved to get the first bag that was posted here. I really regretted not getting this bag because of the LG highlighter and the ABH. However I think the Too Faced and the Lancome are nice enough to make this a decent bag. It seems as though overall there were no out right dud bags, which is nice. I hope you enjoy your goodies!!

@ZombieMetroAnt When I was in picking up a gift the other day I mentioned that I hadn't gotten any freebie e-mails like I usually do and they gave me a couple free mascaras. 

I always got them before but haven't gotten any since my e-mails stopped and had to be reset.
