Service issues?

Why is customer service so lacking in stores? I am always kind & respectful. If an employee actually assists me they act like they are completely put out helping me spend my money. This is the last time I'll venture out to a store.

I have the same issue with every Sephora store I venture into. Its mostly just the way the beauty industry is... but there are a few elitists.
