Hello all! Well, it was my first time ordering a big $1000 order that lead me to Rouge. I have been waiting 10 years to try Chanel perfume before buying and they never sent my sample 😞 Do I contact customer support? Thanks! 
I loved opening my huge box! It delay better than Christmas!

@Go2Happy, What a wonderful haul! Sometimes Sephora forgets the samples. If you contact customer service, they may be able to send it to you.

I’ve had to 2 orders recently (different days) and selected the Chanel mademoiselle both timer as a sample choice since it didn’t arrive in the 1st order but didn’t come in the 2nd order. However, I keep seeing Sephora “re-list” it as a sample option — was super bummed as well.
