Hi Everyone,

I love samples and make a lot of full sized purchases based on them. I’m curious to know what samples others have loved so much that it encouraged them to buy the product?

I bought the Hey Honey good morning silk facial serum after using a sample. I love that stuff (and so does my hubby).

Me too, kind of!  I got a sample of some other Hey Honey product in a Glossybox.  It was some kind of mask, and it smelled amazing and felt nice, too.  I don't like wearing beauty masks, but since the product seemed good I decided to try some other stuff from the brand, which is how I came by their morning and night serums.  I like both of them, but I like their night one better.  If you haven't tried that one yet, I recommend it. @emaisgr8

After using up a deluxe sample of the Fresh Black Tea Hydrating Mask, and LOVING it (it may be my favourite mask EVER!), I had to buy the full size. It smells so fresh and feels so refreshing, not to mention it makes my skin look great. And it’s the easiest mask to wash off. I decided to go for the Fresh Picture Perfect Mask Set to also try out the Umbrian Clay and Rose mask. A Fresh sample got me again lol.

@ClassicallyFab I just got a sample of Gucci Bloom too and it’s so pretty! It’s not the kind of perfume I typically go for at all. I normally wear musky scents but Sephora included it in my order so I tried it and I was *so* pleasantly surprised. I couldn’t stop smelling my wrists!

@starsandbucks Hahaha- I sprayed some on a test strip at the store, and was so in love with the scent, that I sprayed A couple more sprays on. It was night time, so i didn’t get to smell it for long. I couldnt Stop thinking about it, so I went Back a couple weeks later for a sample. At first it smells so green and fresh, then dries down musky and woodsy- SOOOOO beautiful!

Most recently, for me, it was the Omorovicza essence.  I got a very large foil pack that lasted me two weeks and my skin loved it.  I went back to the Amorepacific Essence afterwards and it just was not the same.  Cultbeauty had a sale and I snatched it up.

@LaurieBT I like the idea that this toner has a mist applicator. Is that one of the reasons you prefer it?

Yes, absolutely! I'm a huge fan of versatility with products. I use the spray applicator when I'm on-the-go and only have a few minutes to get through my skincare routine (lol). I also spray this all over my face throughout the day to refresh my makeup. During weeks where my skin has more texture, I remove the spray top and soak a cotton round with this toner and apply it all over my face - it has really helped a lot with texture on my cheeks. 🙂

I have two! The first one is the LANEIGE Water Sleeping Mask. It smells so refreshing and I also use it during the morning to perk up my face and prep it for my foundation.

Another is the KORA Organics Noni Radiant Eye Oil. I found that it went on smoothly and it did not feel overly greasy and worked well underneath my eyeshadow.

@melissabt  I love the Laneige water sleeping mask too! I used to follow the instructions very strictly and only used it at night for extra hydration, but I think your idea of using it in the morning is a great idea too! (Especially bc it has a nice bouncy feel to it!)

Totally! I do it sometimes when I wake up and my skin is feeling parched (if I did not drink enough water). After I tried the mask, I also got this set to try some of the other products.
