Returning products

Hello there queens and kings...!


I've put myself in a difficult situation - somehow. I ordered a foundation from Sephora a few days ago, and it wasn't the correct color at all! I honestly look like a grey ghost. Then, the problem comes up: I did order to Norway. 


Any clues on how I am go forward with this? Will Sephora do a exchange somehow, or anything like that? It's quite cumbersome to go to the United States to exchange one single foundation.

I looked at the page before posting, but I might have overseen this one:


"If you are not completely satisfied with a Sephora purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for purchases. In all cases, products must be returned in new or gently used condition.


I then assume it is no worries for me.

@GlowOfKim There is also this section as well (just so you're aware!)


"Return shipping costs are paid by the purchaser and any shipping cost associated with the original order cannot be refunded." But it looks like it can be done as long as you're within the 60 days.
