Package delivery date delayed twice

Hello I made a purchase on January 13, I received an email that my order shipped on January 14. I’ve been checking the tracking and the first expected delivery date was January 19, then once it didn’t arrive that day it was changed to January 21, and it still hasn’t arrived. When I track it, the last update is on January 14 it was received at Canada post. I’m getting a little worried that something is going on with it, since there has been no updates at all. I ordered products that were on sale and only available for a limited time and are now sold out. What happens if I don’t get my package and can’t get them because they are sold out now???

Yes I contacted the post office and they opened a ticket. On January 27 if I have still not received it they can move to the next step. Which to me really isn’t much help,
