As @fieldsofclover mentioned, without a receipt the Cast Member can look at your Beauty Insider account to find the purchase. As long as it was purchased under your account though. I would contact the store before you make the trip to ask them any questions you have regarding this return.

@rianainsley Did you happen to make a Beauty Insider account, where they gave you points for the purchase? They can look up your receipt that way.
