Free Samples

What is the deal with the free samples? 99% of the time I have gotten different samples with my order than what I select, OR (like my last order) got no samples at all. Zero. Nada. What gives? Does anyone else have the same issue?

You're not alone. Mine are always different or missing completely. There is no point of the option to choose if they're still going to end up being random.
