I received my Cult Beauty package today and the beauty bag wasn’t included. I’m beyond speechless. Has anyone get them to resend a missing GWP before? They will probably offer me a free return at most. This happened after I lost 3 packages from sephora, credit card got locked and HM refuses to take my return of $400 merchandise. Oh no......that is awful! Was the GWP listed on your order? Now I am super worried. Mine finally reached the states but there hasnt been an update since the 7th. I hope their CS can do something. Please share what your outcome is. I would want to return everything. The only reason I bought my items there is because of that GWP.
