I took a chance on a similar deal on this palette a few weeks ago, and it is spectacular...highly recommended!
The palette itself includes free shipping. There's an option to add a lip gloss for $7.99, but that negates the free shipping for me (another $8). Just the palette comes up to $13.29 shipped, which is an incredible price for it. The quality is excellent; they are nicely pigmented, creamy/not powdery, blend well...overall, I am loving this palette!
One potential con...it's HUGE. 7" x 11" (nearly a full size sheet of paper, for reference). It's also weighty (almost 25oz); pretty sure it's cardboard, but it is the most solidly built, sturdy cardboard palette I've come across. I normally hold a palette in one hand while I use it, but this one gets set on the counter instead as it's just too bulky and heavy to hold onto. This is a con worthy of overlooking though, IMHO 🙂 (BTW, the pans are magnetic and not glued in...you could depot this into something smaller quite easily.)
IIRC, it took about a week or so for my palette to be shipped out, but it was sent Priority Mail and arrived quickly once mailed. It was well padded with plenty of bubble wrap, so it showed up safely.

That purple is simply amazing! I like to play with fun brows every now and again, but never like a purple that winds up pulling more red/berry once applied (and I've had many purples do that, no matter how blue they look in the pan), but this one stays a true, vibrant, bluer-ish, cool purple. Just that one shade alone would have been worth the whole palette to me, but fortunately, every shade I've tried has been just as fantastic in my eyes.
If nothing else, I almost feel guilty only having paid $13 for it, knowing that they probably spent about the same amount on postage (medium priority box). 😯
