Welcome back to the deal sharing fun! Deals shared here may also be posted to my blog (same name as the thread) unless you write for BT only. If I share your deal, I will always thank you here. I will heart every deal I see (without an outside or cheat link) to acknowledge it.

I thought I edited this to leave a message here, but after reading some private messages, I realize it did not take. This time, I will make sure it does before I sign off. Instead of waiting until I can return to reading every message to return at all, I will just pop in on certain days. I hope everyone is doing well. For me, some days are better than others.

To be honest, I wasn't initially into the Somme line so I didn't read the details too carefully. But once I thought about what a great deal I'd be missing I tried to call in and request a price match. By that time the Nordstrom rep's computers didn't even show any Somme products even though they showed up on my browser (a tactic they probably use so that their reps don't have to price match)! @kovalevka Oh well, I was really after the deal and not the product anyways! 😜

Aww, I was into the deal also. But it's Nordstrom, you can return anything forever as long as you still keep receipt with unused stuffs. I bought jacket there for 2+ years and I still can return it. They didn't ask any question. I purchase leather jacket, it was 1k and there was no tax on clothes so I only paid 1k.

It's weird, too. I think we talked to same person, today. She didn't know where to look , I believe so. She had to talk to her manager and other person who helped me adjusting price match earlier that day. Somehow, they didn't do it anymore. Someone reported back to Nordstrom that those Somme Institute are on sale because of "damaged goods" .. First, I thought she was mistaken me with someone else. But turned out, she did remember me.

I didn't see Nordstrom carries Darphin brand or else I'd like to get it at Nordstrom, too. Making me nervous about my Darphin orders form Space NK. I hope there's no broken cap or leaking.

Nordstrom beauty specialist talked to me just now. They cannot do price match. I think too many people want to get price match and Nordstrom tries to run their business  so they don't do price match anymore - started today. Nordstrom is very busy taking phone calls. 1 customer service told me that she couldn't find it on their site. lol, should just find different item.

@kovalevkaI'm confused. Did you get them to price match for you? On another post you say you shouldn't go public with this and your order has shipped so I'm not sure what you are referring to? Just wondering if anyone else was able to get the deal. 🙂

They did price match this morning but they no longer approve this deal. I talked to their beauty specialist manager and CS team earlier. We shouldn't post this so give people hope then hopeless 😩. It's frustrating when others don't get the same deals. Otherwise, we have mole that reported to Nordstrom. It's my first time hearing sale products @ spaceNk are damages. That's why it's on sale.

I appreciate you posting it! We all understand that sometimes deals work out for everyone and sometimes they don't. If we all hesitate to post or keep deals to ourselves, the board wouldn't be the wonderful community it is.

I fully agree with @petitesweetmom @Alexmarya. This thread is all about sharing and people aprreciate it. Sometimes you get the deal, sometimes you don't. No biggie. There's always another one right around the corner 🙂

I cleared out with Nordstrom, they said they will do price match on sale products not clearance products or stuffs that other stores tried to get risk of. I opened my 👀, now. @NancieNano

😂 Ty, I will enjoy ~$100 purchase. Nordstrom doesn't give bigger bag so I didn't try to add more in. 2 of my orders got canceled.

You def struck gold! Just got off the phone with nordies and they won't price match. Beauty specialist said that Space NK sale is final since they're selling damaged goods as noted in the description. Never noticed it before.

Lol I guess I learnt something today. 

I never got anything damaged and I placed 8 orders from the sale. Last year I had also around 10 orders from sale. Never in two years did I get anything damaged.

They're greatly improved their sale items in past few years. There was a time when you'd receive defective, expired, broken items on the regular.
