It sucks! One of the cons with Deciem brands for sure.

I could always switch to another shampoo but... I really love this shampoo and what it's done for my hair. Very difficult to find a sulphate-free shampoo that makes my hair as silky as the Stemm! @veronika23

@k617  yeah that and bad CS. I get it.  When you really like something you want to be able to repurchase it. I unfortunately had to switch back... not even sure I want to keep supporting this company anyway.

Beware of ordering online through Sephora at this time.  Review the Customer Service link and decide for yourselves but there have been major delays with processing and shipping of orders.  Unfortunately Sephora seems to have major customer service issues even with VIB and Flash services, etc. BLACK FRIDAY volume clearly will not be handled efficiently, so if you absolutely need a product on time beware of online ordering.
