App sale prices

Are the sales prices shown on the Sephora app exclusively for app/online purchases? Can I get the sale price in store?

You should be able to get the same prices in store and online. Please keep in mind that Sephora Inside of JCPenney locations may have different pricing.

I did go to a Sephora in JCP. All they said was that the item wasn’t ringing up on sale. Didn’t press it bc I know those types of stores are so freaking strict for some reason

I went to a Sephora in JCP to buy the Sephora cleansing balm. It was full price in the store, but on clearance on the Sephora website. They sold it to me for the online price and told me they price match the online prices.

Sephora Inside of JCPenny locations have their own pricing that can be separate from Sephora's. I am very sorry for the confusion.

Yes, and you can first ask them if they could price match with the Sephora online price.
