Annual sale

So spring sale ... 15% takes away the tax ... what is the point of being Rouge? Big deal get some products early . No more free shipping . Not much difference between rouge and VIB except large amount we spend ... . So we know after launch of CC and VIB starts May 1 st. Cmon Sephora we spend a lot of money . We need better . All big brands are doing 15 to 20 to 25 % off this week. I am disappointed.

It's always been 15% in the spring. Also, Rouges still get free shipping.
