Adding points after purchase

I just realized my points for a purchase I made in June were not added to my account. I spent well over 100 and for the points not to be add is a little insulting. How can I get the points added to my account now? I still have the receipt, I think 😳

Please refer to the "Customer Service" group, where others have asked similar questions, to see the response from the Sephora moderators.  It will likely be easier/quicker to resolve this issue by calling the Sephora customer service.

I forgot to ask to add the points .. now I'm looking at my receipt and thinking what to do 🙂 💔

The same thing happened with me but I do not have the receipt. If there is a way I can still get my points I would be happy if some one could tell me.
