lol.  IKR?  although I get 15%, so...lol.  that's why I usually shop at ulta, if they have the same things (plus the points).  but then you don't get free stuff all the time.  I find the % off is more helpful on bigger items like perfume or something else you've been wanting, but waiting for a better deal.  otherwise for smaller items I'd rather get the free samples.
