battle of the perfumes. Thoughts and,feelings?

So I got myself a sample of the Kat Von D perfume in Sinner. When I smelled it I thought it was a little strong but nothing too crazy. As I smelled it a little more I realized it smells a lot like another perfume I owned. So after digging out my coach perfume in love I put the smells to the test. Now I don't know a lot about perfumes nor do I buy it often. However I felt like the smell was very close to coach love perfume. The only difference to me is love is just a tiny more on the sweet side as sinner is more on the spicey side. I was wondering what is everyones thoughts on this product. Do you think it's worth the price? Do you think they smell the same?
