I'm one of those gals that are obsessed with fragrances and have about around 50 60 70 80 and still collecting...(if you want to call it that.) So I would like to know what are you wearing today?

I'm wearing Obsession...(hahaha kinda fits this thread, doesn't it? :D)

Today I am wearing a sample of Onekh by Bvlgari from their Le Gemme Collection.

BiC: A sample?!? But Vmaster what about all those full bottles you own?

Contains: Leathery & spicy Laotian Oud, Labdanum, and Amber.

Today I am wearing Mutamayez EdP by Swiss Arabian.

Mutamayez, from what I read, translates to Something Special. It is considered an oriental fragrance.

Top Notes: Orange, Pine.

Heart Notes: Cardamom, Cashmere wood, Cedar, Clove.

Base Notes: Amber, Musk, Oud, Vetiver.

@Vmaster, interesting! You know, I have never smelled the Tom Ford directed original M7, I would also love to get my sniffer on that!

@pocketvenus, Swiss Arabian are known for their oil blend knock-offs. They have TF's Oud Wood, for instance. I had purchased a 250 ml aluminum canister of M7 oil from ebay for about $60 US, which was shipped from the gulf (Kuwait). It is more spicy and not so sweet. Very nice, actually.

Like you I have never smelled the  original M7 but I do not wish to spend $200+ on ebay for a bottle. I have read that M7 Oud Absolute by Yves Saint Laurent smells almost exactly like the original M7 (the red bottle).

I'm back to being obsessed with my favorite winter scent, D.S. & Durga Mississippi Medicine. It has smoke, incense, and a haunting quality I can't, aroma-wise, pin down. It makes me feel warm and cozy on these frigid Midwest days. 

Highly recommend. Twenty stars.

layered with Dahn Oud Ateeque EdP by Abdul Samad Al Qurashi. 

I highly recommend Gucci 1966.

with a tart rose & peony instead of a fruity gardenia.

@pocketvenus, You are welcome! Dahn Oud Ateeque EdP is a really nice oud fragrance. It smells like it contains Cambodi oud (dried fruits without the sweetness). I had to use flash on the above photo to bring out the letters.

Ordered a Kilian set from Gilt after trying Good Girl Gone Bad. The set also includes Dangerous Liaisons and Prelude to Love. trying Prelude to Love this evening as I managed to spill a ton of it trying to remove it from the package😱. It's a beautiful light floral.
