@kmorin I agree with the Roses de Chloe rec!   I also sampled Philosophy's Amazing Grace Ballet Rose and thought it good as well - IDK how long it lasts, but the price is less that others.  I think right now it is exclusively sold at Ulta.  Good luck with your search!

Juicy Couture has a Royal Rose perfume that I love!! Also if you look for it Crabtree and Evelyn makes a tea rose perfume.

Chloe Roses de Chloe smells like a freshly cut rose. Its a really beautiful, feminine delicate scent.

This is not a suggestion per se. I splurged on Acqua di Parma Rosa Nobile. I had tried a sample prior to the smaller of the two bottles. Much to my surprise the bottle of perfume smelled much different and I don't enjoy it as much as I had hoped. It's still a nice rose scent. It just fades to a very musky smell. 🤷‍♀️ 🌹🌹🌹 Good luck finding something that works for you!

Trish mcevoy's Rose Oud perfume. Wonderful rose scented but it is aa little dark too. Jo Malone red roses is also pure rose but the lasting power is not that great, although re-spraying is not bad either.

By "real rose" I'm going to assume you mean something spare an unadorned?

Serge Lutens's Sa Majesté la Rose is "photorealistic" in its crisp opening. It's a fresh rose that's like smelling one in a florist's shop.

Frédéric Malle's is a grave, lucid rose. It is sometimes described as "photorealistic" - although that's not how I would describe it personally. There's a sombreness to it.

A question like this was asked a few days ago on r/fragrance. You can buy perfumers grade rose oil and dilute it in perfumers alcohol for the purest rose. That said, there's still error because every rose is different and there are different strains of rose. Hi Malone has one that some people say is true to red rose. Juliette has a Gun's Miss Charming is supposed to be true to white. Mille et Une Roses is supposed to be a champagne rose. Is there a particular rose you're looking for?
