Perfume Allergy?

I made an impulse buy and bought a 30ml bottle of Elizabeth and James Nirvana White because I fell in love with the scent in the store - I am normally quite wary when it comes to perfume because I have sensitive skin and often get headaches. I sprayed some on myself as soon as I arrived home and 2 minutes later: bright red and itchy patches on my wrists and neck. I think I might be allergic to some of the ingredients :(. Do you think I can return it even though it's open and missing two sprays?
