I'm a big fan of the website 15minutebeauty - they review makeup and skincare products and tell you which are pregnancy and nursing safe. You could check your current foundation / creams (or those you're interested in) on there 🙂

I personally didn't change any of my skin care while I was pregnant, but if you want to be extra safe for your lovely bundle of joy in the oven, I would recommend clean products (cruelty free and vegan) The natural based stuff. You can't go wrong with nature!
