you should be able to customize your play box

why can't you customize your play box? even if it was between a few choices, you should be able to pick and choose what goes in your play box.

I believe Sephora has the #1 Beauty Box and therefore has more subscribers than anyone else. Can you imagine how hard it would be to customize everyone’s box? Especially when we’re only paying $10/mo.

You can always unsubscribe and do another Beauty Box. Apparently some of the other ones let you customize occasionally but not always.

You might not always be happy with what you get in other subscriptions though either.

it would actually be very easy, just like choosing samples when you checkout online.

Birchbox let us dothis for our Nov box, it was pretty nice we could choose certain samples.
