missing product

so my box came today and I am missing one of the products that is listed in my box and I called customer service and they are not only sending me a different play box they also put money on my in-store account hopefully when I said I'm getting another play box but different than the one that I already have hopefully they understood that like the question that I asked was okay so you're sending me a new box but a different one because I don't want to get the same one that I just got they said yes you were Steve another box different than the one that you have so we shall see
