email listing of what was in my April box didn't match at all!

wow. i was disappointed with all but one item from this month's box. would've been happier if it matched what the email said I'd get. i know some items may be substituted but i didn't realize they all would 😕

What I got in my box was fine, what my online email said I should have gotten sucked. I have no idea where the disconnect is? Did the IT department all quit?
